Our History
CIES-Thailand Co., Ltd was founded in October 2018. It’s foundations were laid in CIES established in 2004 by Chairman Jonathan Cooper.
Jonathan is a Welsh born welding engineer who relocated to Australia in the 1980’s to work on mine sites and offshore oil rigs gaining invaluable experience in the field. Jonathan was posted to Thailand in 2001 as part of the fabrication project team for Alcan’s G3 plant construction in Sattahip and went on to hold a management position with Clough Thailand prior to forming his own Engineering & fabrication company based in Rayong.
Our Approach
CIES-Thailand Co., Ltd is now an expanding engineering, fabrication & construction company that services the domestic Thai onshore & offshore oil & gas sector along with the International resource, petrochemical and power generation industries. We also actively provided services to the construction and engineering sector.
